Best service and very personable personnel. They aim to please!
The associate was great, thorough and quick. Would recommend to all. They also handle tailoring, I've only had minor work with adding buttons and repairing slightly torn pajamas (don't know about fill coat or slack). So far, so good.

Not only did they not inform me how long it would take to wash my clothes. Had to call 3 times and beg for a return call. When I called and the girl put me on hold she forgot to press mute, and said to the manager some annoying customer on the phone bitching again. So unbelievably rude I went and picked up my clothes within the hour and didn't even have them wash them after having them an entire week already.
