In mid-January, I reached out to the loctician here at Nu Image by the name of Chalsea to schedule an appointment for my mom as our loctician does not service micro locs anymore. She stated she didn't have any appointments available at that time and she probably wouldn't be accepting new clients until March. She told me her books would open back up the last week of February. Beware- My mother had a hair appointment with Tanya. I was so excited because my mom hasn’t been to the beauty salon in awhile due to the pandemic. Unfortunately this was not the right place. My mother has very soft natural hair. The products she used on her hair were awful left my mom hair feeling like a brick. The hair cut was so bad my mom wore a hat on Mother’s Day. I don’t know this stylist personally but I recommend if you are not able to do all hair type please be upfront and honest with your customers.
