Excellent Dr and friendly very knowledgeable
I answered a mailing for a hearing test. I was efficiently scheduled, had a very detailed and professionally administered test, and received great follow up without any high pressure to purchase a device. Ethan was great!
My appoinment was started as scheduled. Mr Pratt and I had a very nice conversation. He began by explaining what he was going to do and went about doing it in a professional manner. After finishing the process we went outside to see how the device was working and then made final adjustments. The whole process was very smooth and worthwhile. I would definitely recommend him to both friends and family.
Great testing center and explanation given of results and the best way to fix the problems.
I had my hearing test today. The 1st time doing it with a virtual audiologist. I’m not a fan. I would rather meet with a real person.
