Very disappointing experience. I arrived on time for my scheduled appointment, but ended up waiting over 45 minutes past the scheduled time. The visit was also very expensive. I was told I needed three fillings at a very high cost, but I went for a second opinion with another doctor who confirmed I only needed one.
I was disappointed with my visit. I was told I needed multiple fillings, but when I consulted another dentist I was informed that no such treatments were required. On top of that, I was charged $500, which left me feeling uncomfortable and distrustful. Overall, this was not a positive experience for me, and I will not be returning.
Sept 2025 update Sadly I found it too hard to get a cost estimate for appointment & schedule adjustment. I just assumed that they would have a price estimate ready. I also found it too difficult to understand what the receptionist was saying & I felt I wasn’t given control in what I wanted & didn’t want as added costs. It was too bad I couldn’t have talked to someone, after I asked a couple of times, who was easier to understand & would listen to me without stigmatizing me & wasn’t going on about a July appointment when my a... read more
