Paid in full @ Denver location. Now I have debt collectors trying to collect on a fee that has already been paid. I have bank statements showing this proof.

Everything is good but customer service very bad I forget my driving license and I ask them they told me we don’t have any driver licenses after one month they call me and we have your driving license
The price listed and reserved via Priceline.com for this car rental company was not honored at the rental counter. I was told the vehicle class that I reserved was not available or "guaranteed" and that my only option was to pay a significant upgrade fee to secure an All Wheel Drive (AWD) vehicle (400% upcharge based on their prices listed on my reservation, as well as their ongoing prices listed at NuCarRentals.com and Priceline.com).
