i did a couple treatments before, and it was very good service , but i month ago i paid for a FRF which was done in 40 or 45 min, pretty comfortable and i have a moisturise mask at the end, yesterday i did my second session which lasted about 15 min (a bit more paintful) and don’t know why i ending with a burn in my face, not a good thing , if you have an appointment please respect the time that people are paying for, not gonna come back, thanks

I was looking for a new beautician in Shepparton due to moving from Melbourne, tje Brazilian wax was so quick and painfree Rachel was fantastic and I will 100% be a regular, thank you 🥰

Very much happy with the SHR results. Rachael is very professional and assured the right hair removal service for me. I was very worried at the beginning and how it’s going to turn out with my hyperpigmentation issues, but SHR kinda helped not only to remove the hair but with the hyper pigmentation and ingrown hair. So, thank you Rachel! I’m looking forward to my SHR appointment later
