I bought a Vanity Unit from this store in Labrador, still wrapped up, didn’t open it .It didn’t match the bathroom so I asked them if they could refund . They didn’t want to take it back and refund or even buy it back half of the purchase price . Wasn’t happy as I thought everything has a 30day refund guarantee.

Purchased some enduro shield glass protection online two weeks ago now. Was shipped without authority to leave and no way for the customer to change this. I have tried to have it redelivered on the one day a fortnight I have off but it was not delivered that day, despite booking it a week in advance. Instead, it was out for delivery the day before when nobody was home, so again was taken back to the depot. I then booked it for delivery AGAIN the next day but it was not shipped.
