Concerned about the poor reviews. – I had Mike out to do my master-bath shower in March 2010. I have had NO issues till now. I require some warrantee work and when I dug my paperwork out and tried to call the toll free number it is out of service. When I called the regular number it belonged to someone else. Scam – We made the mistake of giving 1/2 down on the job when we signed. We cancelled after 2 days & they still kept 10% which was over $300. I took them to small claims & won, but they didn't show. Now I can only hope that Karma catches up to these people!
MIKE IS A SCAM ARTIST – Mike is a dishonest business owner. He doesn't keep his word and will take whatever he can. He owes us money, which he refuses to pay back. Don't trust him!
Forewarned is forearmed if you use a credit card! – The company made an unauthorized charge to my credit card and to date has refused to issue a credit, even after I provided documentation proving the overcharge in the amount $1,899.50 and even though Mike Fremion has acknowledged the error . . . I have made a complaint to the BBB and if that is unsuccessful I will sue to get a refund.
Excellent Workmanship and Service – The crew was here early in the morning and completley demolished our old bathtub and shower area and had a new bathtub and shower in and ready to use later that day.
Don't Trust THese Reviews – Mike D. Fremion, the writer of the 5 star review on this website, is also the owner of the company. Ask yourself what kind of company owner has to come on a website and give themselves a fake 5 star review?
