Worst company I have every worked with. The incompetence is mind boggling. Here is my experience in a nutshell. July 2019 -hired NuAgain to clean and seal my patio. The result is a blotchy, uneven colored patio with dark and light areas. See photos August 2019- I complain and am told they will fix it next year because they are booked until the end of the season. We have weed growing in stone patio, walkway and stoop. After filling and sealing there are plenty large gaps left. On the same day they finished the job, We sent pictures to the company, their response was those are vertical gaps that they cannot fix. That's not what their sales promised when he came to do estimate, and these are not only vertical but also horizontal gaps, and most importantly their power washing created new gaps that they said not their job to fill! Hired this company to seal my pavers. The seal didn’t work they came out a couple weeks later to “look at it.” They decided to redo the seal. When they were cleaning the paver to put the seal down they damaged pavers with their power washer. It has now been several months of them saying they would Fix the issue, but now Nathen is saying the are closed for the year. Steer away from this company. Nathen and his team does not stand behind their work!

I spent a large amount of money to have my back brick paver patio replaced/repaired in the spring of 2020. Later that summer, it stared falling apart and sinking. I contacted them in the fall and they said they would come out in the spring of 2021 for a full repair. I have contacted them several times, they sent a crew out to take photos but now they are not responding to any calls. It is mid June of 2021 and still nothing. Very disappointed. Patio look horrible.
