I had NTXPOOL install a new liner and sand filter work and new hoses. Top notch in every way. I recommend them 100 percent. Mike came and evaluated what I needed and then I visited Sharra in the store to select a new liner. Zach and Frank did the install, and all was very friendly and professional. My thanks to such a well run company.

On the other end of the phone a very calm voice, would says ,what's going on how can we help??which chilled me out ..then THEASE boys or dad,, would show up.2 times after hrs...always fix me up...and never brake the bank...thanks guys ..always my ho to

Now they are withholding our refund until we sign a form releasing them of any accountability. That is not standard business practice. we were told by their son ... read more
