Do not trust this company! We have been arguing with them for almost 2 months now to get a refund on work that they couldn't do but was contracted to do in our original contract. They don't take accountability for anything and are blaming everything on a third party contractor that we had no knowledge from the beginning that they would even be a part of our project. I would give them zero stars if I could. Trust me you do not ever want to deal or do business with this company. They don’t care about their customers they don’t care about their workmanship really they don’t even know what they’re doing. I cannot stress enough, how unprofessional this company is. They replaced my liner just about a month ago maybe six weeks and the liner is coming apart. The clips have come off the bead I’ve had to put in a Better Business Bureau complaint . Got my pool installed and my husband and I love it! The crew was nice and the overall experience was great.
They came out on a weekend and were very knowledgeable and friendly. They are family owned and operated really know their pools.
