I had NTXPOOL install a new liner and sand filter work and new hoses. Top notch in every way. I recommend them 100 percent. Mike came and evaluated what I needed and then I visited Sharra in the store to select a new liner. Zach and Frank did the install, and all was very friendly and professional. My thanks to such a well run company.
The boys and Mike Installed,my pool about 4 years ago,I've had every problem a new pool owner could face🤔😞I would call all Grouchy,like it's the pool people s fault my pool is green,,,(it is not) it's God he is in control),,,that's a whole other review. On the other end of the phone a very calm voice, would says ,what's going on how can we help??which chilled me out ..then THEASE boys or dad,, would show up.2 times after hrs...always fix me up...and never brake the bank...thanks guys ..always my ho to
I had a great experience with this company. I message them all the time in recommendations as well to help with algae issues, etc they answer and are always helpful. Thank you!!!!
Do not trust this company! We have been arguing with them for almost 2 months now to get a refund on work that they couldn't do but was contracted to do in our original contract. They don't take accountability for anything and are blaming everything on a third party contractor that we had no knowledge from the beginning that they would even be a part of our project. I would give them zero stars if I could. Trust me you do not ever want to deal or do business with this company. They don’t care about their customers they don’t care about their workmanship really they don’t even know what they’re doing. I cannot stress enough, how unprofessional this company is. They replaced my liner just about a month ago maybe six weeks and the liner is coming apart. The clips have come off the bead I’ve had to put in a Better Business Bureau complaint .
