I asked to replace my Kayak pool liner and track replaced but they only replaced pool liner. After signing the contract and filling up with water, liner was off the track. They came back and just rigged the fixing. Now that it’s getting warmer, the same exact problem existed. They are charging me to fix the same exact problem.
This company is great. I must say, I have tried to get multiple pool companies to assist with my pool year round and I have ran into many issues. Luckily, I finally landed on NTX Pools. They do everything needed and I never have to worry about my pool at all. Tanner does my pool weekly and he always goes above and beyond.
