Charlie with NTX Autoplex. I was about to come with cash, needed a car today. I asked for a video showing any lights on the dash, cause of course they didn’t tell us this engine light was on on their website. Very rude on the phone, next thing you know he says he doesn’t wanna give a video till after lunch, calls me a bad customer. Then this convo after he sends a video. If you’re having a bad day please go home.
This dealer sells cars with the ‘check engine’ light on; windows that don’t work; KNOWING that the vehicle (s) may not pass inspection in a year. 😳🫥 DO NOT BUY GERMAN CARS THAT COST LESS THAN $5000! They are money vampires!
I was told a specific car was available when I called. When I arrived within an hour and a half after the lot was open, supposedly the car was not available. Found an even better car somewhere else.
Update!! 2-24-25 The car I bought from NTX is still running like the day I bought it!! No issues to report, had an oil change done on it and replaced the wiper blades... First - I had the best experience buying a car here at NTX Autoplex! :) After leaving 4 disappointing used car lots in that same area. The other lots aren't positive about selling there used auctioned bought cars at all. And honestly, let's be realistic most if not all are coming from an auction.
