Khoi was very professional and knowledgeable. We were worried that we would be upcharged like what a previous person did to us but there was no need to worry. Khoi did not upcharge us or try to sell us on anything. Very honest and price was very fair. Highly recommend and is our go to guy now

Our heat stopped working during a snowstorm, with extremely dangerous road conditions, and he still made the drive to our home to make sure we had heat.
