Khoi is an exceptional technician - the best I’ve encountered in terms of knowledge and efficiency - but what sets him apart even more in my mind is that he is a man of the highest moral character and honesty. Koi and his team are amazing!!! I had another company come out and say I needed a new unit and they could not fix my AC. Then they never sent a quote. A friend recommended me to Koi and he came out the same day I called him and he fixed the problem that day! I could not believe it. He will be my AC guy from now on. I highly recommend him. I cannot express how happy I am to have found him. He does whatever it takes to work with you. I trust him totally!!
Khoi is a reliable, knowledgeable, and honest technician. After another company "fixed" our HVAC and it broke again soon after, I wasn’t happy with their work or pricing. I reached out to NTX AIR PRO, and they came the same day and fixed the issue at a very reasonable rate! Also, as a realtor, I needed an HVAC inspection for my buyer during the option period. I contacted Khoi, and he came by that night, inspected everything, and provided an estimate. It helped us so much. I highly recommend them!
