Directions were wrong couldn’t find the shop I went elsewhere.
As a business, we’ve had very poor experiences with Neil- as our assigned sales account manager. His customer service is extremely lacking—getting support or answers to questions from anyone else has been nearly impossible as contact information is sparse. We’ve been following up for over eight months without resolution. Calls are screened and redirected to a voicemail that isn’t even set up. This level of unresponsiveness is highly unprofessional.
