Bay door closed nobody around waited for 30 minutes after I got my paperwork that was with no customer line, bay doors should always be open unless raining witch it was not

If I could give 0 stars I would! Horrible customer service. They don't care about appointment times at all we were the first ones here before they opened at 6am, appointment was at 7am. It is now 12:05 and we barely finished getting unloaded. Mind you nobody even advised they were done offloading we noticed when they were moving the ramp. Horrible place!
