Customers service sucks! Nobody’s answering just hold for an hour.
DO NOT LEAVE YOUR PRESENT COMPANY FOR THIS COMPANY. I have been harassed about a bill that I recieved via text one day prior to the due date. I thought it was a mistake, so I paid the bill and received 2 more calls after paying a bill that wasn't even past due to begin with. And on top of that the operators were very self-righteous and condescending! Especially the last one. Up until a few days ago they would’ve been 5 stars. Internet started being spotty, working for a few minutes then nada. Been on hold for hours called at different times and nothing. So besides their customer service they were great
Horrible provider, I was told I would only have to pay 69 a month for wifi for the next 4 years, iv only had the service for 3 months and they keep trying to charge me way over what I was promised. My latest bill is 277. And forget calling customer service iv sent hours on hold and got no where.
