I am extremely frustrated and disappointed with the ongoing internet service issues at my home. This first happened just a few weeks after installation, when my service went down because someone had unplugged my port to connect another customer. Unfortunately, that exact same issue has continued to occur. Pricey. Terrible online technical support. Short and incompetent staff. Local office only opens for short hours a day.
TERRIBLE customer service. They will not answer phones, emails, messages.
I'm a very upset customer. I would rate it zero if I could. 1). I signed a contract for $72 but get charged for $84. I did not sign up for $84 and only budget for $72. 2). I HAVE SET UP AUTO PAY 3 times now and it won't STICK. The lady I spoke to last month to set up auto AGAIN was SO RUDE! Now I'm getting a notification stating auto payment isn't working 3).
