Don't get this service. You can't get a hold of anyone in customer service.
I do not recommend Vexus Fiber for internet. It is hard to get a hold of anyone.
Switched to Vexus because they became available after only having optimum available. Optimum was horrible and hoped Vexus would be better. Just got my first bill and it was nothing as promised. Way higher. Lied to again. I have spent over 30 minutes this morning attempting to reach customer service to explain why the bill is so much higher than promised. I mean double what they told me. No one answers continuous hold music. The TMobile take over is in full effect. Horrible customer service, lies and then no response.
I used to highly recommend Vexus. Now I believe it’s the worst company out there. If you need to speak with somebody it will literally take you hours and I am not exaggerating. I still cannot get a hold of anybody to make a payment. On my mother-in-law‘s account I will stay on hold for at least an hour and a half to two hours.They used to not be like this. It used to be a great company and I have no clue of what happened.
