Mariano and his guys are awesome. As a custom home builder, I look for guys that communicate well, keep a great schedule, and have a high set of standards for the work they do. Mariano and his guys have lived up to every expectation on the houses that they have worked on for me. They have a lot of pride in the work they do and always deliver a great product. You won't be disappointed.
Mariano did an excellent job repainting the exterior of my sister's house on Alpine Dr. The exterior was in rough shape when he started and he did a thorough job in the surface preparation, replacing damaged siding / soffits / porch posts, calking and priming, and in the topcoat application. Would recommend him for similar work without hesitation. - J. Jones
