Mr. Justin came out to conduct an inspection of our gas lines for a Boy Scout working on his Emergency Preparedness merit badge. He showed a boy how to shut off the gas in several places and showed him how to check for leaks. We discovered a hot water heater exhaust was misaligned and leaking in the process. This was not a major job, but given that it was his last stop of a long day and he had to answer lots of young boy questions, he was very patient and kind. We will definitely be calling when we have work to do.

The whole process was amazing! Getting an entire waterline replaced can be expensive and time consuming. The process they used to pull the old pipe and run the new one without digging any trenches was awesome. I saved money and the damage to the yard was minimal. My old house waterline was a mess and they were still able to complete it in a day. So impressed.

Justin came out and knocked it out of the park! We needed a drain unclogged and the water heater cleaned/drained. I contacted him in the morning and said he would come out the same day, and he did! He told me the price before arrival and honored it to the end. He made sure everything was perfect before leaving. If he saw something else wrong, he didn’t ignore it and got it fixed. One of the most honest workers I’ve seen. Would HIGHLY recommend North Texas Plumbing Solutions!
