My family bought the tickets to VietNam through this agency. The flights are in March02,2020. Now because of the outbreak we called to cancel the flights ( today is feb04) and they kept telling us to wait until the last couple days before the flight date to cancel . I said no we wanted to cancel and he said ok but the airline would keep our money for one year( means only credit) and we have to pay the penalty of $150 each ticket.
