NTN Bower Corporation began in 1904 when R. F. Bower of Dayton, Ohio patented a newly designed thrust controlling roller bearing. The new Bower bearing proved extremely successful in controlling the problem of horse-drawn carriages losing wheels while making turns at high speeds. As a result, in 1907 several Dayton businessmen became interested in the product and organized the Bower Roller Bearing Company. Truck driver speaking- hauling green rod coils in a dry van. Delivers on the north side. Very easy in and out. Charlie the gentleman unloading is very quick and courteous. Top notch professional. He deserves a raise !
Great people and a great place.
Yeah, this place will have supervisor tell you you're lazy and when you go to hr, hr will tell you to self reflect on youre actions. Supervisors don't know what is cosmetic or an actual malfunction. The machines aren't taken care of and manager will expect you to run the machine like its brand new. a lot drama and favoritism, temps get it the worst.
Everyone was pleasant and helpful getting me to the area I needed to be. As I pulled up to the shipping area at north docks a lady came out and got my info. 10 min later I was fully loaded and ready to head out. She was also kind enough to move the straps in my trailer to the tail so I could put them away after I had the previous receiver put them in a way I would have had to climb into my trailer to retrieve.
