The dump operates as expected. It's affordable, available to the public, and provides a useful public service locally. A few points for ppl who are anti: 1) for most of you, the dump was there before your neighborhood, so you knew the math before you moved in. 2) to the people who complain about the smell, the truth is that the cattle feed lot across the street on FM 545 (Melissa Rd, as it passes South if SH 121) causes more issues with smell, environmental contamination via runoff to the creek, and respiratory issues with m... read more

I honestly don’t understand how you can ruin the best foggy days — maybe even for thousands of people — with this terrible smell, just so you can stay in this area by lying and using any means necessary. You might seriously harm many people’s mental and emotional well-being. I truly don’t know how much this bad smell can affect the health and lifestyle of those living in these neighborhoods, but I’m genuinely sorry that I have to endure this problem and that there’s nothing I can do about it.
