HORRIBLE !!!! Dr Visser's office is a HORRIBLE MESS! We always have to wait for 1-2 hours to see the doctor, even though the office waiting area is mostly empty. Waiting room chairs are old and nasty. Floors aren't clean and some of the equipment is very outdated. Also, check your bill for accuracy!
We waited a month from the date the patient's pediatrician referred her to this orthopedist to be scheduled to see Dr. Vissers. We waited an hour and 15 minutes past the scheduled appointment time for the doctor to see the patient, and although we were not given an explanation or apology at the time of the appointment, Dr. Vissers did take extra time to explain the patient's issue to us and review the patient's background. Dr. Vissers' referral for orthotics took 3 business days to be submitted, but after seeing this review ... read more
