UNPROFESSIONAL I made a doctor's & dentist appointment for my mom to be seen on the same day at 2:00 pm. When I arrived at the location, there was a note on the door stating that they will return by 2:30 pm and they did not show up until 2:45 pm. I did not get an apology from any of the staff nor did they acknowledge that they were late. The least they can do was made a courtesy call. HORRIBLE!!! I would never go to this place. Everything is unorganized, there's no customer service, and the staff members have not been properly trained. Do not go to the Dentist onsite!!!! He did a horrible job on my teeth and was very expensive to correct it!!!!
