I was very gappy with the waterproofing work that NTL did. Right from quote, on time work and completion. Professional every step of the way.to cleanup. Would definitely recommend NTL.
Josh and his team at NTL did a fantastic job. They were professional, easy to work with, and kept everything on schedule. They explained the process clearly and made sure the area was clean when they were done. Great service from start to finish!
I can’t say enough great things about NTL Contracting and Waterproofing Inc. Josh and his team were incredible from start to finish. We had a mysterious leak under our interlock that eventually caused a sinkhole, and they were the only ones who took the time to properly investigate and find the real issue. Do NOT trust NTL Contracting and Waterproofing Inc. Their team did a poor job on my foundation, and now I have more water coming into my basement than before. They refuse to acknowledge their mistake and ignored my warranty claim. Totally unprofessional and dishonest company. Avoid at all costs.
Working with Josh and Anna was beyond amazing. They started on time, they got everything done professionally and were more than willing to go out of their way to make us happy. Some things to note 1- They we’re AMAZINGLY accommodating to every single request that we had.
