I can’t say enough great things about NTL Contracting and Waterproofing Inc. Josh and his team were incredible from start to finish. We had a mysterious leak under our interlock that eventually caused a sinkhole, and they were the only ones who took the time to properly investigate and find the real issue. Turns out, the previous owners had buried part of the basement wall, which could’ve led to major flooding - but Josh’s team jackhammered through the cement, fixed the problem, and prevented disaster. Do NOT trust NTL Contracting and Waterproofing Inc. Their team did a poor job on my foundation, and now I have more water coming into my basement than before. They refuse to acknowledge their mistake and ignored my warranty claim. Totally unprofessional and dishonest company. Avoid at all costs.
Working with Josh and Anna was beyond amazing. They started on time, they got everything done professionally and were more than willing to go out of their way to make us happy. Some things to note 1- They we’re AMAZINGLY accommodating to every single request that we had. Josh and the whole crew is great! Honest, polite, and explained everything in detail. Wouldn’t hesitate to use them again. Definitely recommend if you’re looking for a good and reliable waterproofing company.
