Bad attitude by employees, very condescending, not helpful all, disgusted with service !
I live in Oklahoma and this is where I buy my registers. They have amazing customer service and they actually answer the phone!!. They have emergency tech support on weekends ( for a fee), but hey, they have it! Some businesses are 7 days a week and cannot wait for tech help over the weekend. Our registers ended up all going out the same week. They went above and beyond to get me my new registers quicker than estimated. I am very grateful. They will forever have my business.

I've had a great experience with NBS. Bought a POS software system from them a week ago, had issues with the link that was sent but both Techs, Cameron and Rick were extremely helpful getting everything sorted out. They were timely, respectful and understood exactly what I was looking for. Being a business owner myself, I appreciate the level of service and professionalism I received. Thank you both.
They charged me for 2 systems and did not deliver the systems to me and they scammed me for 400$
