We had NTICE finish our laundry room. They are wonderful to work with, clean, tidy, reliable project planning. They are also great problem solvers with venting my heat pump water heater installation in my laundry room and other issues that come up during renovation. Susana and Carlos are a great team and would recommend to others that need renovations and a reliable team to work with.

We wanted to do a big remodel of our home, whole gut of our basement and first floor. We interviewed 4 contractors, most of which just gave us a vague ballpark number which made us uncomfortable considering such a large investment and the opportunity for that number to get out of control. We were referred to NTICE through our architect who used them on his own home and had them come by for an interview. Susana, Carlos and their team were extremely professional, and did a fantastic job with our bathroom renovations. They were thorough, explained the whole process clearly, and took care to leave the house clean at the end of each work day. Their work is of excellent quality. I would not hesitate to use them again and recommend them to others.

My new bathroom was wonderfully done by the NTICE team. Susana and Carlos are very professional, and attentive to my needs. Having dealt with other contractors who didn't have the same expertise, I'm very happy I chose to work with them. I will be using NTICE again when planning my next project..
