Loading took five and a half hours, three of which were spent waiting for paperwork! even though the place doesn't look busy. They don't respect truck drivers here.
I don’t think I can say enough good things about this place. Our family was on a 1400 mile road trip when we blew a trailer tire. We called ahead and spoke to Jordan. He was able to find us tires and let me pay over the phone. I found out they weren’t even open on Saturday and just happened to be there waiting on a truck. Arrive at 7:53 am for a 8am appt. They tell me to back into dock and go ahead and open doors, it’s 8:10 and no one is working yet I arrived at the Pilot truck stop yesterday at 3:30 pm and called to see if they would take it early but given the run around by some guy who was clueless only to call me a hour later saying they have a spot for delivery at 8 am tomorrow, I’m like well I already told you that’s my appt time but I asked if they would be able to unload today since you all are open till 5:30. Slow and ignorant people. From 7am to 9.30 to unload 16 skids, and look at me like on enemy when I check how long it gonna take.
