If I could give 0 stars I would. Had Dixie call me, and was the rudest, pushiest person I have ever spoken with on the phone. Extremely unprofessional, insisted that she needed to speak to the owner. Insisted I needed to have the bill or access to it. When I said "no thanks" and hung up, she called back and was even more rude. This place has got to be training their workers to be rude and pushy based on the other reviews I'm reading this is not a unique experience. Stay far away. Got the vibes of SCAM the minute I answered.
My gas price was $5.71 from regular supplier. They are charging me $8.89. When I called in to cancel, they are suddenly willing to drop to $5.40. Why can't they give me that price without calling in? Answer: Typical energy company. They will quietly raise your prices if you don't keep after your bill. I am cancelling my account to switch back to my regular gas supplier who gives me a good price all the time!
Calling back to back to back and leaving pushy voicemails is NOT any way to do business. Borderline harassment - and they will use different numbers to continue calling, so it's no use even blocking their number. Highly DO NOT RECOMMEND.
