I bought an alternator. The price was great compared to the other local part stores. However, the experience was horrible. Ronnie assisted me and his customer service is garbage. He is not friendly and it was very apparent that he wasn't thrilled to help me. He didn't ask for any information about my vehicle besides the year, make and model.
