Top notch! I'm impressed.
NTG really helped us out when our AC needed repairs. The service techs were incredibly responsive, timely, friendly, honest and carried themselves with humble confidence we could tell rooted in their cumulative knowledge around what they specialize in. This put us as ease that we were using the right company. They've got integrity and a mind-set focused on problem-solving. They did us a HUGE favor in helping us on such short notice and maintained an understanding and client-centered demeanor. Would highly, highly recommend!
I'm blown away. Nick and Mike are from the era where honesty and integrity just don't exist anymore. They could not have been nicer, explained every thing they did, and fixed my system that I've had issues with for years. I have been dealing with my Home Owner's Warranty company, who have jerked me around for weeks, and NTG was literally the THIRD company to come out and look at my system.
