My Grandson needed a part for his foot brake that is in a package with other parts. NTC sold the piece he needed separately to me. This isn’t the only time we have ordered from them. Their service is great. I have emailed them and called them and left messages. They have always responded quickly. I would highly recommend this company.
I wanted to share my experience with NTC design. I ordered a surron part for my son for his bday and it got stuck due to weather. I actually forgot about it until my son asked about it. I reached out to NTC and It was late so I did not expect a reply, but surprisingly I got an immediate response. They offered to send another one priority and it came quick. NTC Designs have durable great quality products for surrons. Almost my entire bike is built on NTC Designs. Not only that they have great products, they have an exceptional customer support team. They will call or text you directly without having to talk to an automated system, which is a plus!! I truly recommend their products. They will not disappoint.
