The Service Advisor Jay and the Techs provide fast and great service.
I give them 5 stars because they were caring, had excellent customer service and they saved me from a shop that messed up my car during inspection and then tried to charge me $6900 to fix it. David was great from the initial phone call and throughout the whole process of them doing the diagnostic to the repair. Even sounded excited to call me and let me know that my car was repaired and ready for pickup and that the bill was only $700 versus the $6900 from the other shop. I experienced top-notch service at NTB in Edinburgh, all thanks to Jay, the service manager. Jay was professional, personable, and truly focused on me as the customer. He went above and beyond to earn my business by offering a competitive price for my Ford F-150’s tire choice. His service agent, Angel, installed the tires and new TPMS monitors in less than an hour, all while wearing a smile and showing genuine pride in doing a great job.
