Went in for a flat tire - Juelz and Kyle provided great customer service with getting my tire replaced. The service was done quick and efficiently and both guys were knowledgeable and professional. Thanks for your quick repair, NTB.
I came in because my right rear tire was loosing air. They got me in quickly/efficiently addressed the simple plug. They didn't revert to auto sell me new tires. Jim was super helpful and kind. When I do need a new set of 4 Tires I know where I'll go. Great Service friendly staff clean waiting area.
Good Service close to home. Joe takes good care of his customers! Our mechanic found an 8 inch slice in the sidewall of one of our tires and may have saved us from a life enda getting blowout at highway speed. A new tire was cheap insurance! Joe told us what was and wasn't a safety issue on a different problem and hooked us up with an economy tire to get us safe and on the road again! Thanks for looking out for us! NTB 😎
