I went in for a flat tire repair. They tried to repair my flat but found that it wasn't able to be repaired. Instead of charging me for an expensive new tire, they remounted my spare and encouraged me to check into the warranty on my tire so I wasn't overcharged. They were so nice and provided excellent customer service! If I do not still have a warranty covering my tire, I will be buying my new tire from NTB!
