Another great visit to my Fridley, MN NTB! Went in for an oil change, tire rotation and Winter windshield wiper install...just maintenance, not a big repair, but I was treated like I was spending hundreds! I have been visiting Dennis and his crew at this location for years and am always treated fairly, professionally, and like family!
Bad service ✋
Disappointed in this place. Said they couldn't do an oil change on my truck even though the day prior I made an appointment and the guy said they would take care of it. I told them my exact make and model of my vehicle PLUS I the last oil change done on it was at NTB as well, only it was done in Blaine instead of Fridley. They never called ahead to let me know they couldn't do the oil change or anything and when I arrived an employee came running out telling me they couldn't do it, sketchy in my opinion. I highly recommend going anywhere else for service. Please look at your options before choosing this place. Their prices are high, they take advantage of people who do not know better and their service is severely lacking. Now I admit I should have done some research but they were close to me so I had them install a new headlight. They charged over $80 for a $20 part and less then 5 minutes worth or work.
