Horrible! Made a 9:00 appointment for an oil change. Showed up at 8:30. By 9:45 they still had not even started on the car and I gave up, grabbed the keys and left. The manager did not give a Sh*t. His time may not be valuable but mine is. Avoid like the plague. My wife won't even go there because they always try and sell her things she doesn't need.
