Horrible service. Went there last month because of good deals on tires, should have listened to the negative reviews. Within a month two of the tires were busted. They replaced one, (expensive since we had bought them on sale earlier) then told us the next day the other one needed a patch. When we took it in to get patched they had to replace it, and didn't give us any discount for their error in diagnosis. I'm a repeat customer at NTB in Watertown. I use them for both tires and oil changes. My experience with the staff and their service has been pleasant, fast and reliable each time. On my most recent visit, they went way out of their way to make sure I would be back on the road safely asap. Can't tell enough of my family and friends to check them out for a great deal at a great price.
good service whenever I go there, either to get loose tires mounted and balanced or for alignments. Clean shop and quality service.
