This isnt a judgement on NTB/Mavis as a whole. I use to go to one in KC and Lancaster, PA and they been great. This location here in Antioch is just ran be either inexperienced techs or techs that do not care. I brought my car there for an oil change and thats gone okay. But I would have them do other routine maintenance like tire rotation and fill my tires and could not do it those first trips.
