Seemed alright for my first time at this shop Ordered two back wheels on a Tuesday, the person at the desk took down my name,phone number and made an appt for me on Friday at 10 am! I drove a half hour on Friday morning arrive 5 minutes early just to be told the tires arrived but my appt was never made! Very unproffesional! Wasted my time and gas money that I can’t get back! Mavis (NTB) gave me the best price in the area and a great warranty as well as free rotation and balance for the life of my tires. Service was done in the time they promised and they easily accommodated my schedule to get it done!
