These guys were terrific I was in and out fast and they saved my Jeep and my wallet
They took 4 hrs to do an oil change and tire rotation and broke luggage nuts. Should not even give them a 1. Worse service ever
Above and Beyond Service with Integrity I had just bought a 2005 Civic Hybrid and brought it into NTB/Mavis in Winchester thinking it just needed front brakes. Once they inspected it, I found out the situation was far more serious--completely worn pads, damaged rotors, seized calipers, bad hoses, and rear brakes that weren't functioning properly. Gave leeway for me to get a new tire after after fresh one got a hole in it. Great people!
Great customer service here. Came in with a flat on our way to DC and while this NTB didn't have the type of tired we needed, Jamie went above and beyond to try and help us find another location that might have the tire we need. Just really appreciative of the time and effort she took to help us out on a busy day.
