They patched my tire and did it quick, however they weren’t careful when lifting my car. They didn’t use any padding on the lift and destroyed a pinch weld under my car. It’s bent and cracking. They messed up the bottom of my rocket panel too. It’s all sorts of chewed into. I am not happy. It’s a 2022 Mustang. I was here on October 12th of this year. I noticed when I went to change my rear brake pads and no longer had a supporting pinch weld by the rear passenger side wheel. The same wheel that was patched.
Chris was very helpful! He's helped us several times for tires, alignment, to even a quick install of wiper blades!
Late at night and they were willing to air up our tires great customer service
Shelby is a great customer service at NTB. I will come back to service all my vehicles!
