I had a nail in my tire and stopped by Mavis Tires & Brakes yesterday. They were super friendly, quickly scheduled me for this morning, and had it repaired in just 5 minutes! Fast, professional, and hassle-free service. Highly recommend this location! 👍
Called and made an appt to have brakes replaced on my 2020 Range Rover sport since the local dealer where I live (in Maryland) was booked out. This Middletown DE location was the closest to us and prior to booking I specifically asked if they can even work on Range Rovers and the gentleman on the phone said yes. Drove a good 40min the next day with two kiddos along for the ride only to wait 50min and have them tell me that no they cannot work on it since there’s an E-brake or something? I had a flat tire and spoke with Chase over the phone. He was very courteous and professional. I brought my car in, afraid that I was going to spend $1000 on new tires. Instead, he plugged a nail hole, didn’t charge me and had me on my way in 15 minutes! Excellent customer service!

This is the third time we have been to Mavis tire in Middletown, De. and the third time we have been so pleased with them. Today I had a slow leak in one of my tires. Thank you CHASE FORD for going above and beyond to find it and fix it.
