Absolutely unacceptable experience at Mavis in Middletown, DE. I made my appointment online for four new Goodyear tires, wheel alignment, and wheel balancing, only to be told when I arrived that the online prices were not accurate and the tires would cost more. That already felt deceptive. I got a flat tire and when I went to Mavis a guy whose name is William gave it to me an excellent service fixing my tire
We've used Mavis 2 times for tire repairs and have had great experiences. The staff is very friendly, kind and does great work!
