Had great and fast service, the facility was spotless and was greeted with respect, i recommend anyone needing any tire or car service to come to NTB Pflugerville location.
NTB is quick and professional. The staff are friendly.
On December 15, 2023 an employee at National Tire and Battery in Aiken, South Carolina wrecked my car into another vehicle. This NTB location and their corporate office are attempting to avoid the issue hoping that things will go away. I attempted to contact their corporate office through phone calls only to be hung up on. They also will not return my messages either from local employees or through the website.
