They didn't have my size tire. I needed an oil change so I asked them to get give me a price on the tires before I left. Oil change, which was over $100, took at least 45 minutes and they never gave me a price on the tire. By the time I saw how they ignored me and talked down to me, I wasn't planning to buy any tires from them anyway. My stepson had a bad experience there as well.

Brandon at Mavis tires got me in after driving around concerned with a low tire needing to go pick up my kiddo after this snow storm. So thankful they were open during this weather, and so willing to quickly & efficiently help! Excellent customer service, got us safe and ready so fast, and with such kindness! Can't say enough for how much that means these days! Go to Mavis Tires when you need help with those or brakes!
