For the past several months, one of my back tires had a slow leak in it. After the ice, it was worse, so I put the spare on until I could afford some new tires. Turns out the spare was just as bad. I believe their compressor was down? But I didn’t mind the wait, and had the absolute pleasure of conversations about books and video games with another customer and the gentleman at the front desk. Came in today with concerns about my brakes, the noises they were making, and their hesitancy to stop when I push the brake pedal. I definitely was not expecting to need as much done as was needed, but I felt extremely supported during the entire process. The guy at the front desk explained why I needed each thing and did everything he could to keep my price as low as possible. UPDATE Mar 17 2026 - After contacting the store and corporate office, this has been successfully resolved. They honored the original quote given. I would go back for tires and just make sure the quote given on the phone is sent to me in email or text to prevent any confusion. —- Original review —- Just purchased four new tires and had them balanced, installed, etc. The experience was good in regards to checking in with the counter person, and the installation itself. They dont honor their warranties and they think they can talk to their customers any old way they want my recommendation don't ever do business here
