I went to get a tire repaired, they found a 2” nail in the shoulder of my tire, told me they couldn’t repair it. I’m on a tight budget but they worked with me and got me a reasonably priced Hankook Dynapro quick and easy. I’m very happy w the service and the price was reasonable.

Yesterday I went to Virginia tire and auto for an inspection. I waited two hours for a failed inspection. They told me their next available opening to fix problems with my car was in a week. Yesterday I scheduled a 9 AM appointment at NTB and today they had my car fixed so fast Their quote compared to Virginia tire and auto was almost $1000 less and I was having a great time joking with the guys behind the counter while I waited I will definitely be coming back here again.
