Amazing customer service
No issues here...they had afternoon oil change appointment times for the next day that worked with my schedule. I showed up, they got to work, and got me out within an hour. They applied the promotional coupon without me having to fish around for the coupon I'd brought along from Food Lion. Convenient times and location. Decent price for synthetic oil change. If you plan on getting tires or any other work done on your vehicle at this establishment and plan on waiting for it be sure to bring breakfast, lunch and dinner with you, this is the slowest shop I’ve ever been to for tires, not sure if under staffed, lack of incompetencey or tech had a rough night before, anyways be sure to check over any work done before paying, I was given my vehicle back with scratched wheels and a leaky valve stem that probably wouldn’t make it 5 miles down the road!…… “REVISED 2 weeks after install”….... read more
