This place has quickly become my go-to. Every time we get a nail in our tires, or a last min wheel alignment, the friendly and professional staff has always found a way to squeeze us in. Work quality is great - highly recommend them for your automotive needs!
Recently got an oil change here. However, after getting the service done, I drove maybe 5 minutes away to run errands and noticed my oil level still fair minimum. I called NTB back to ask why the oil level at minimum, when I get oil changes it’s always at the maximum level. They agreed for me to bring my car back and they did whatever they needed to do because my level was now at maximum. I was not going to complain; however, now I am having coolant issues.
