This place needs a good 0 stars! But they made me give them 1! Do not go this particular NTB in Virginia! First I scheduled an appt to get 3 brand new tires at 5pm and wanted to call them to see how long it would take. He told me, glad you called we don't even have the tires you need and we close at 6pm this will take 1 in a half hours start time. I said wow why would you allow me to book and he had no answer but sorry. The phone got disconnected and I called back to try reschedule or cancel the appt since I thought I would ... read more
