My tire pressure light came on so I stopped in to get it checked out. Andre was my technician. He was extremely thorough with checking out the issue and getting me back on the road safely. Definitely will return in the future.
My car had an emergency and I pulled into this shop. The manager Joe was incredible. He immediately assisted me and made sure my family and I were safe. I cant say enough how incredible Joe and his team are. I will go back to them for any service.
They sell and install tires they cant warrant. Ive spent over 2k in less than a year to learn they cant go through warranty for a nail puncture because they aren't authorized installer for the tires they sold me. Also two alingments that dont hold up. Pis pore place save yourself headache and wasted money, shop elsewhere! Not what it once was.
Alignment was quick and easy, PT got me in quick. Thank you.
I’m very happy with my service at NTB. Chris was my technician and he was very attentive the moment I walked in. They explained what they thought was going on and what options I had. They were all very nice and I would definitely bring my car back for another service.
