Came in with a flat tire and Yasser explained to me my options and exhibited strong customer service. My car was ready in the time that he quoted and all my questions were answered.
Dropped my car off around 1am for 2 flat tires and left my key in the drop box. I got a call at 9am the next morning from NTB with an estimate, and it was ready for pick up by 11am. Super friendly staff and they do amazing work. I am so grateful for their efficiency!!
Yasser has earned my business. The managers and techs are friendly and get their jobs done well. Sometimes the shop gets a little behind; the upside is they don’t upsell nonsense and they walk me through options when issues pop up.

Excellent service!!! Couldn’t be happier. Driving thru town to Charlottesville from New York and had a road hazard flat. AAA got our spare on and drone straight to NTB and these guys had a new tire installed and ready to drive off in less than 15 min. Kind. Polite. Couldn’t be more pleased with them!!
