The staff was hamstrung by system limitations and supply. Manager on duty was honest and set the appropriate expectations.
NEW The service at this store is fantastic!! The guys in the front, Steven and Dave, are very pleasant and friendly as well as professional, even the guys in the shop are great. I went in to have one of my tires checked because my TPMS light came on; they discovered I had a screw in my tire and repaired it quickly. The best part is when the gentleman that looked at my car also let me know that I had a tire tread issue, which i did, and that I should replace my tires as soon as possible, but he didn't pressure me to do it rig... read more
