NTB Screwed me for $3700 Took my truck to NTB for tuneup. Their mechanic had trouble getting the plugs out and dropped the tips of 2 plugs into the engine block. They swore they would fix it and pay for a rental only to have the store manager come in the next day and refuse to fix it or pay for it. I had it fixed and contacted their complaint line.
